The U12s had our first cup game today and came up against a fantastic Lawley Lightmoor comets.

The result didn’t go our way but have to say the boys dug deep and did us proud. Went out and put everything in and left it all on the field.

Even though we lost we did well in all positions and positives came out. Great saves from the keeper. Tackle and tracking from the defence. Passing and hard work from the midfield and overlapping runs and good shots from the wingers and strikers.

We will go again next week.

Up the Wanderers.

Our U11s put in a great effort today, they all showed tremendous character to match their performance.

We are very proud on how they stand side by side and pull together each week showing a great bond within the team.

Player of the Match goes to our Goalkeeper Riley, he pulled of some out outstanding saves and more impressively his confidence goes through the roof when his teammates congratulate his performance.

A solid performance from the U18s yesterday giving them a 3-0 win over a stubborn Hanley Town side.

A few injuries meant that lads had to play at the last-minute and they all stepped up and played brilliantly.

Goals coming from Chidley, Muggeridge and Stackhouse.

Another excellent performance from the U10 girls. Plenty of creativity, efforts on goals and solid defensivey, battling their socks off for the full 50 minutes. Just second game together against a strong Randlay team.

We also have a very first goal in football for super Rosie Dawes.
